RESERVATION POLICIES:

Advance booking is required as follows:

• Winery Tours - 2 days or more in advance

• Food Tours - 2 days or more in advance

• Private Driver - 12 to 24 hours or more in advance

While we do our best to accommodate all inquiries, we book on a first-come-first-serve basis.

A deposit of 20% is due at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your tour, one month or more prior to date of tour, you will be refunded your deposit, minus €25 service fee. One more or less prior to date of tour, the deposit is non-refundable.

All cancellations to be made in writing by email to: italyunfiltered@icloud.com.

CHECK-IN:

We will send a reminder regarding your tour 48 hours prior. Please ensure you respond and double-check your booking, pick up location and time with us to ensure a fantastic, hassle-free tour.

DRIVING IN TUSCANY:

Please know that driving to visit hilltop towns and wineries in Tuscany requires driving on windy roads. If you tend to get motion sick or suffer from car sickness, please bring any needed medications with you. Every comfort will be made to ensure a great day.

ALLERGIES, FOOD RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER MEDICAL NEEDS:

Please inform us at time of booking should you have any allergies, food intolerances, diet preferences and any other dietary restrictions. In addition, if you’re so inclined, we encourage you to share any medical conditions (such as bee allergies) to ensure a safe and enjoyable tour with us.
